The Shambles is a popular spot for a quick stop on the way to other nearby Old City locations.  Its located on 2nd St between Pine and South St.  It can sometimes hold ceremonies as well as a weekly farmers market so planning is required.  We dont waste too much time while we are there since we have to shoot in the middle of an active street but its well worth the efforts.  There is also a cute nearby alleyway that I've used in the past to get more use out of the stop. 

*No permits are needed for photos but permits are needed if you wish to have a ceremony at Headhouse Square behind the Shambles.
