Moving onto the east side of downtown, we get to the National Parks grounds of Philly around Independence Hall.  My favorite spot of all the grounds is the 2nd Bank Building at around 4th and Chestnut.  You get the beautiful building to use as your backdrop on some photos, but unlike the rest of the NPS locations, you have other space to move around as well.  Its the most spread out grounds of all the locations around Independence Hall but also its the closest of the locations to nearby popular hotels for getting ready at like Hotel Monaco and venues nearby like the Down Town Club by Cescaphe.

*this location requires permits through the National Parks Service and runs typically around $175.  NPS books in 1 hour periods and they give the option to do multiple locations under the same $175 permit.
